Ar. Akshay Kumar Garg
(B. Arch – 1991 | Registered IBBI Valuer – Land & Building, 2021)
Ar. Akshay Kumar Garg is an architect and real estate design expert with a B. Arch degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Gujarat. With over 3 decades of experience, including 19+ years in the corporate sector, he specializes in architectural design, design development, detailing, and execution audits. He is a registered member of the Council of Architecture, India.
His portfolio spans various sectors, including IT-Parks, corporate offices, and mixed-use projects that integrate multiplexes, hotels, and high-end apartments, creating vibrant, multifunctional spaces. He has also successfully completed residential housing and township projects that enhance community living.
In 2021, he became a registered IBBI Valuer for Land and Building under IT Act 1957/ Section 34AB, enabling him to accurately assess properties and provide clients with valuable market insights for informed decisions.

Ar. Dinesh Banyal holds a B. Arch from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, a M. Arch from Maharshi Dayanand University, and a M. Plan from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University.
With over 19 years of experience in architectural design, he excels in meticulous design detailing and effective engineering coordination across public and private sectors. His technical skills are complemented by strong communication, public relations, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, enabling him to navigate complex projects effectively.
